The NFL recently brought its interactive Touchdown Tour to Montreal.
The free fan zone, on the grounds of the city’s La Ronde amusement park, included interactive throwing, kicking and jumping stations, vertical and broad jump combine tests, kids and technology zones.
The NFL Touchdown Tour is free to the public. On-site registration provides fans with a unique identifier they can use to track their results and retrieve an online commemorative photo album.
The next stop for the Touchdown Tour is Toronto’s Ontario Place (by the grounds of the Canadian National Exhibition), August 23-25, 2013. Hours of operation are 10 am – 8 pm Friday, 10 am – 8 pm Saturday, and 10 am – 5 pm Sunday. NFL legend Marshall Faulk will be on hand to meet fans from 2 – 4 pm Saturday and 1 – 3 pm Sunday.
“We are very fortunate to have such a large and growing fan base in Quebec,” said Dan Quinn, Managing Director, NFL Canada. “The NFL Touchdown Tour is our way of saying thank you to these supportive and passionate fans. Not everyone can attend a game, so we appreciate the opportunity to celebrate with Canadian NFL fans on their home turf.”
